The Unmanned Forklift(also known as "unmanned stacker forklift" or "automatic stacker") is an intelligent logistics equipment based on automation technology, mainly used for cargo handling, stacking and loading and unloading operations in warehousing, manufacturing and other scenarios. It integrates navigation systems, sensors and intelligent control algorithms to achieve unmanned operation, improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Scope of application

Warehousing and logistics: automated stereoscopic warehouses, e-commerce sorting centers, cold chain warehouses, etc.Manufacturing: production line material transfer, finished product warehousing, raw material distribution, etc.Special environments: high temperature, low temperature (cold chain), hazardous goods warehouses and other scenes that are not suitable for manual operations.

Autonomous navigation: using laser SLAM, QR code or inertial navigation to achieve precise positioning and path planning.Automatic stacking: the lifting height of the fork is usually 2~5 meters, supporting standard pallet storage and retrieval.Intelligent scheduling: docking with WMS/ERP system to realize automatic task allocation and multi-vehicle collaboration.Safe and reliable: equipped with laser obstacle avoidance, emergency stop device and anti-collision system to ensure the safety of human-machine mixed operation.
